Hop-on, Inc. (OTCID: HPNN) says its subsidiary Digitalage is targeting a full commercial launch in the United States, Canada and Mexico before December 31, 2026. The company announced the plan on October 21 and described it as the next stage in moving from technology development to commercial operation. The target is conditional, and the company says operating results, not the calendar alone, will decide when the launch happens.
Digitalage is a live-streaming and creator platform. According to the announcement, Apple approved its iOS app for App Store distribution on June 30, 2026, and the Android app is in closed testing on Google Play. The company says it is still loading content and onboarding creators. A November alpha test is planned, followed by a broader beta in early December that will bring in more creators and viewers to test streaming performance, access to the content library, moderation, payments and customer support. The data from those tests will determine whether the platform is ready for a wider launch. Creators interested in the onboarding program can apply at digitalage.com/creators.
The company said the next critical step is to prove the full commercial workflow: a live broadcast, a viewer purchase, an available replay and accurate payment to the creator. Hop-on's chairman and CEO, Peter Michaels, said the dates matter only if the company proves that workflow. A launch before year-end depends on testing results, financing, payment readiness and the required app-store approvals. The release includes forward-looking statements about content, onboarding, payments, enterprise services and potential revenue, which are plans and not guarantees.
Digitalage has also been working on an AI newsroom product. In an October 16 update, the company said it is not announcing commercial revenue or a completed customer deployment from that pilot, and that it is still working on production hardening, pricing and billing. Hop-on trades on the over-the-counter market, and this article does not constitute investment advice. The announcement was reported by Stock Titan and PR Inside, and the newsroom update appeared on Stockhouse.
